Gas Spacing Applications Refused

Need to change your gas spacing? Likely your application will be closed (read refused) by the AER.

Recently the AER has closed a large number of gas spacing applications. In fact, they’ve closed a higher fraction in the last few months than any time in the last year.

Big company or small, regulatory specialist or development group submitter it doesn’t matter. Many have had gas spacing applications closed recently.

The AER closes applications for a variety of reasons: some technical and some technicality.

When new regulations are published (as they were in earlier this month), the AER tends to be more prone to close applications. They become less lenient and more strict.

Many of these applications show they were withdrawn by the applicant. In fact, in almost all cases, the AER staff ask the applicant to withdraw their application after pointing out unacceptable issues with the application. Applicants withdraw the application rather than have the AER close it against their will.

Proven Reserves guarantees your application will get approved. Because of that, we have the best approval ratio in the industry.
